Manage your personal data online
If you're a member of our Airpoints™ Programme, you can manage many aspects of your personal data directly by logging into your account. Once you've signed in, under the "Your Profile" tab, you can:
- Update your contact information: Update your email, phone number or address to ensure your information is accurate and up to date.
- Delete your account: Permanently remove your account and all associated personal data from our systems.
- Manage communication preferences: Choose how you would like to receive communications from us, including opting in or out of marketing emails and notifications.
- View recent activity: Check your Airpoints and Status Points balances and any recent activity.

Common requests
Our friendly customer care team can help you with the most common privacy requests, such as:
Airpoints requests:
Update or correct your Airpoints profile information, including your name or date of birth
Manage your Airpoints benefits, including queries relating to your activity, Shairpoints™, gifting, or tier status
General requests:
Update or correct information on an upcoming booking
Request information about past flights, including e-Tickets or booking notes
- Ask for assistance with technical issues, including difficulty logging into your account or receiving MFA codes you didn't generate
